Once you place an order, we take great care to inspect, pack, and hand over the requested products to our reliable delivery partners. Our delivery partners will make every effort to promptly deliver your order to you. If there are any issues with delivering to your address, they will get in touch with you to resolve the matter for a successful delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and the name of the courier company responsible for delivering your order. The tracking information will become active once your package leaves our warehouse.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 business days after order is received by us. During sale periods, dispatch times may experience slight delays due to the increased volume of shipped products. The estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days for Prepaid orders, 7-12 working days for Cash on Delivery(COD) orders. Please reach out to our customer support in case of any queries.
